All hotel rates can be displayed in either UK pounds sterling, Euros or US Dollars. All rates are shown as per room per night, inclusive of local tax, and include breakfast. Asiaexplorer reserve the right to amend prices at any time. However, the price on the website today is the price charged to your credit card today

All booking amendments and cancellations must be made through Asiaexplorer and can be made on the Asiaexplorer agent site upto 3 days before arrival free of charge. Cancellations received 72 hours or less before the booking arrival date will be subject to a one night full charge on each room booked.Amendments are always free of charge.

Should the booking not be required it is then your responsibility to cancel the booking with Asiaexplorer. Should you (the agent) fail to pay for the reservation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date then the booking is automatically cancelled.

If you wish to amend a booking this service is free. The hotel will hold the room for the guest until the day following the scheduled arrival date. Please note that all vouchers issued by Asiaexplorer are issued on the conditions that all arrangements, hotel accommodation, meals and use of aircraft all road carriage, trains ferries and all other means of conveyance operated by person or bodies, are made by Asiaexplorer as an agent only and that they shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, delay or inconvenience caused to passengers as a result of any such arrangements. The booking contract is between the guest and the hotel. Asiaexplorer is merely the facilitator and accepts no liability for the information regarding the hotel or any failure of the hotel to honour a booking or provide the advertised services.

If the confirmed hotel is changed or if we are unable to provide the confirmed service to you due to threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, disaster, fire, flood (including fire flood in hotels) earthquake or bad weather, we cannot accept liability or responsibility. Compensation is not payable but provided the holiday had not begun we will offer alternative travel dates and or alternative hotels and advise cost. Or if you prefer you may elect to cancel and we will then offer a full refund of any monies paid.

Asiaexplorer undertakes to provide all services confirmed however Asiaexplorer does not exercise direct control over the running of hotels or other services. It cannot accept responsibility for acts, omission and or irregularities of those whom it does not directly employ. Please note that all hotel accommodation confirmed is offered by the hotel management on a run of the house basis upon check in.
